Saturday 21st March was the Feast Of St Joseph and this year is also the 100th anniversary of the death of Mary MacKillop, the co-founder of the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart. Mary MacKillop is the only Australian to be beatified, and the Catholic community is eagerly awaiting her canonisation as a saint.
