Stuart and Tara have been keen to move for some time now and recently started looking in earnest for their ideal new home. It had to be inner Sydney so Tara, who works very long hours, could get to and from work quickly. Plus it had to be a home, rather than a unit. (They became disenchanted with the politics of strata title committees.) Plus it had to be suitable for more than two people in case… well, just in case.
Last week they found it – a semi-detached home in Mosman. And clever negotiators that they are, they’ve organised to move in on the exact same day they move out of the existing home.
We haven’t seen the new place yet, but judging by the real-estate photos and description it’s a classic terrace style from the early 1900s that has been extended and fully renovated.
It looks marvellous, and there’s a huge wine cellar downstairs!
